Pros: tones my abs to make my results better i love the assembly and the easy to grasy hand grips.
Cons: my feet slide off the little peg like things at the bottom. other than that theres nothing wrong with it!

It is a great product i would recommend to anybody wanting to be fit. i had mine for a little bit due to moving and had to put it in storage but for the little bit of time i did use it it was one of the best workout equipment peices i ever used.
