I really like the great acoustics of this scope. It is especially useful when checking breath sounds of a newly intubated patient to insure equal breath sounds while awaiting radiology to give us an actual placement of an et tube. Its nice to get the placement as close as posible to avoid re-taping the tube.

Pros: If you are a Respiratory Therapist , as I am, you probably work within the Cardio-pulmonary Dept. This is a great scope!

I can hear everything, even on a moving ambulance with this. I love it very much. It has held up to over a month of everyday wear and tear in the ambulance, several of my friends and coworkers in the industry had highly recommended this product to me. We all carry the same thing.
