I bought this to make my own bread without wheat/gluten flour of any kind. It seems to over cook the outside and not completley cook the inside. It may be the type of flour I am using, rice, soy. Otherwise it is useful and my husband said the breads I make are good.

it makes it easier for me to have free time for other things while dough is being prepared by the machine...just add all ingredients and push the start button... cant get any easier then that
