If you own a MAC, do not buy this camera. It is not compatible and neither Sony nor Apple have any plans to change that. I am speaking from experience and have been let down by this small detail. If you own a MAC, get a different Camera!!!

This could have been a great product, but Sony totally messed up the concept by betting on a substandard proprietary editing program. The company has a tradition in doing these kind of mistakes (remember consumer Beta?). Do they really expect people to m
