Product Rating: 3 star(s) Lacks WiFi

Love the look and feel, use on the other hand is a bit hard when typing due to the flat keys. Options in phone are hard to find at first. A nice "start" button with all aplications would be awsome as some programs are only accessable by searching the programs folder. Bad keyboard design. WiFi is not an option on this phone so forget the home network. Memory is great, has a slot for a memory card. This unit has a camera/video camera, works ok. Watching videos from youtube.com and the like is impossible. Instruction manual is very poor. It does not include many of the programs and how to set many of them up. I work for Receivables Management and this might sound biast, however, I see that we do try hard to make our customers satisfied. I called for help on some isuues and they got me going. BIG PLUS... The phone even includes child protection locking to prevent internet access for those netjunky, tunejunky kids. Overall 90/100... bad keyboard design, no WiFi, no videowebpag

QuickTake:

Cons: The Pantech Duo has a cheap plastic body with a flimsy sliding mechanism. The QWERTY keyboard felt flush to the surface and was tricky to use
