Product Rating: 1.00 star(s) Many problems with this phone

Comments:
Screen broken, battery pops out when closing phone, battery won't charge, texts won't send or be received properly, picture messaging won't work properly, just to name a few of the problems with this phone. My cell provider won't sell this phone when you come and ask for it cause they have had so many problems. My warranty runs out in one month and unfortunately i will be stuck with a bad phone. I hope you are looking into the problems with this phone we know several people with the same problems.

Product Rating: 2.00 star(s) Looks cool but it ends there

Comments:
The LG Chocolate is the most frustrating phone I've ever owned. End call button is impossibly small. The phone jumps to different menus when you are talking if your face touches it at all. So to enter keystrokes during a call (e.g. during voice mail retrieval) you have to back out of menus that have been accessed inadvertantly and by that time your opportunity to enter data is gone. You will save a lot of messages you never meant to. Worthless MP3 player sounds OK but can't afford to run down the already limited capacity battery when the phone is needed for calls so why have it? NONE of your peripherals including headphones, headsets and chargers will work because of the proprietary connectors. You can only shoot photos using the time delay because the buttons are set up so the phone shakes when you trigger the shutter. Bluetooth works "most of the time". If not, you'll have to call them back and explain. Also, be prepared to invest 5-10 minutes getting the SD card door to shut properly. But if you need battery life, you should opt to skip the $50 card so won't have to deal with the door. I have said aloud many times to myself "I hate this phone". I would never buy it again or recommend it to anyone. ps - if you want to text, forget it as keys are way smaller and closer together than normal. All 12 keys are in a square 1.5 x 1 inch.

QuickTake:

Pros: Small form factor
Cons: Buttons, battery life, wandering menus, camera shutter

LG KG800

Comments:
If you like to eat chocolate then you're just like me, but I'm sure it has nothing to do with whether you like this phone or not. Personally, I love its design and I think it has the potential to steal a lot of RAZR loving phone users around the country....
