LG Shine KE-970 Cell Phone

Ive been through a ton of phones and this is the worst phone for service. Basically gets service no where. The screen will say full service but you cant make a phone call even where other same service phones can call. The slider is hard to move and the toggle button wears out after a month.

I HAVE HAD THIS PHONE 2MOS,TURNED IT ON AND THE SREEN WAS PARTLY GONE. WENT TO PHONE STORE SAID THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING HAD TO CALL 1-800# THEY WOULD SENT ME A NEW PHONE BUT IF THEY THINK IT'S NOT THE PHONE YOU WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE FULL PRICE OF THE PHONE AND COULDN'T GET YOUR OLD ONE BACK. WHATEVER THEY SAY GOES... ASK TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND HE SAID THE SCREEN IS CRACKED INSIDE AND THEY WERE VERY SENISITIVE AND YOU HAD TO BE REALLY CAREFUL WITH THE SCREEN I SAID IT'S IN MY PURSE AND HE SAID THAT COULD DO IT. I SAID I WOULDN'T OF BOUGHT IT IF I HAD KNOWN THAT ,HE SAID WELL EVERYONE DOES. HE SAID THEY WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING FOR US WHEN WE SENT IT IN AND THAT'S THE WAY IT GOES. I SAID WELL THIS SHOULD OF BEEN DISCLOSE BEFORE BUYING IT. I WENT UP TO THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN THE STORE AND ASK THEM IF I COULD ASK THEM A QUESTION, THEY SAID YES ,I SHOWED THEM THE PHONE AND ASKED WOULD YOU BUY A PHONE KNOWING IT WOULD DO THIS THEY ALL SAID NO, WOULD YOU WANT TO KNOW THAT THIS PHONE COULD DO THIS AFTER 2MOS AND THAT IT WAS VERY SUPER SENSITIVE THEY SAID YES, I THANKED THEM, THE MANAGER WAS PISSED AND ASKED ME TO LEAVE. I SAID I HAD A RIGHT TO ASK THIS AND WASN'T DOING ANYTHING WRONG BUT WANTED TO MAKE MY POINT. I'AM NOW LOOKING AT OTHER CELL PHONE CO. AND WILL BE LEAVING AT&T AFTER BEING WITH THEM FOR 10YRS AND BUYING MANY PHONE. WHICH I POINTED OUT TO THE MANAGER BUT THAT DIDN'T MATTER TO HIM. IAM SO MAD IAM EVEN PAYING THE $175. FEE FOR LEAVING FOR BOTH MY PHONES WHICH IS $175. EACH THAT'S HOW MAD IAM. SO BEWARE. I'VE HAD A RAZZOR AND OTHER PRICEY PHONES I THINK BEST TO STICK TO THE OLDER PHONE AND WAIT ON THE NEW ONES TILL YOU SEE HOW IT'S REALLY GOING TO WORK BECAUSE THEY SURE DON'T STAND BY THERE PHONES.
