Software needs to be upgraded. It occasionally locks up and requires the phone to be turned off in order to reset. Setting up the email was pretty easy once the Verizon technical staff answered their phone line. I waited for an hour. I don't know if th

Bought the Q about 4 months ago and was very impressed with how easy it is to get business done. But that's not the only positive, by adding a memory card it because a full blow mp3 player.

This is my favorite new toy. I can check my email wherever I am (or use the web browser for google'ing or checking my bank balance). I live in an area that is on the extended network and I always have internet connectivity (middle of nowhere wisconsin)
