Comments:
It has got no live phone call recorder. One cannot tune to local FM radio stations. An image capturing or video recording in dark is impossible because it has got no night recording mode. Making desktop shortcuts of favorite programs in order of user's choice is impossible because the order is changed by system every time when a new application is run.Application are not stopped automatically even if we come out of it, we must use Task Manager to stop. There is a common socket for using a headset & recharging the set. Therefore, at a time one can either recharge the set or use a headset.

QuickTake:

Pros: Relatively resonable image quality
Cons: no phone recorder,no FM radio,no parallel charger & headset

I bought the Samsung Blackjack in July of 2007 as an "upgrade" that comes with my plan. After having the
phone for 10 months, some serious things have started to go wrong.

I'm not sure why, but occasionally, the phone will freeze in the middle of dialing a number. The only way to
get the phone back in operation is to completely power it down, which, when it's frozen, consists of
removing the back panel (which is kind of tricky) and completely removing the battery.

The startup time on the phone has also increased significantly, going from about 30 seconds-1 minute to
start with. It's now up to 5+ minutes before the phone is completely functional.

To put it simply, the battery life absolutely sucks. I have to charge the phone at least twice a day--and
that's using the "extended life" battery.

Also, I've noticed lately that when I'm using my buetooth headset, the connectivity just drops for no good
reason. And it's not like I'm accidentally doing it--I will not be touching the phone when it happens.
Granted, this could be a problem with the headset, I'm not entirely sure.

Another fascinating thing that my phone does all on it's own is call people. My phone was quite literally
across the room and I was asleep the other night and it called my mother. ON ITS OWN. Try expaining to
someone that you really didn't mean to call them at 3 a.m. Especially if it's your mom.

Some of the features really are wonderful, for example, the Calendar application is incredibly easy to use--I
could barely function without it--and being able to take a portion of my music collection everywhere is
handy, but I have an iPod for that.

Overall, a good idea, but it still has a few flaws that really need to get fixed.

QuickTake:

Pros: QWERTY keyboard, Calendar, media player, and camera
Cons: Unreliable, and battery life.

Comments:
The blackjack seem like a good phone at first but it's really a piece of junk...most wireless earpiece won’t work consistently and that includes Motorola’s and the Jawbone...it cuts off for no reason...they will lie to you at the store and tell you, you can upload your outlook mail as your prime mail source but you can’t get on it unless you know the web-site…no alerts either….they will also tell you that you can have g-talk but not on this phone…just two others that hardly anyone uses anymore. The Tech support is not existent…you call with a problem and ? the time they can’t help and they absolutely couldn’t careless that you are not satisfied with their product…if you made the mistake of buying this please do yourself a favor, if it hasn’t been 30 days yet take it back because they are obligated to give you a refund if it’s been over 30 days I am very sorry because it won’t get any better…mark it up as a very expensive lesson learned.
