I got the iHome as a christmas present last year, and it was very good at first. The sound quality is great, and you can play it pretty loud, too. After a while, my iHome started randomly turning on, the alarm would randomly go off, and whenever I charged my iPod in it, it made the iPod screen pink. I have a black and white iPod - so I have no idea how this happened. Now my iPod will only play the songs it wants to, and it makes funny noises during the songs. Random lines with pop up on my iPod screen, so I can't read the songs. The only thing that could have done this was the iHome. I would not recommend it - it ruins your iPod. Just thought I should let someone know.
