The unit leaks water on the counter, the unit shuts down periodically, then comes back on but the clocks have to be reset. A friend has the same model with the same problems. We do not leave the units plugged in for fear of short circuit and fire. We

When you fill the reservoir, if you do not pour very slowly, the water will come out into and overflow the drip tray. I had this unit replaced under warranty (the first one quit powering on) with Cuisinart, and both pots do the same thing. Always have

I purchased this, thinking it would be the greatest, from the start my husband hated it, hate to say he was right, very hard to get water into resevior, leaks water, need a towel for every pot of coffee, to large for most counters, dont recomend.........
