Do not buy!!!

Worked great in the beginning...then the coffee began to brew weak, and cool. Tried to replace the thermostat, only to find that the manufacturer will NOT sell a replacement part. They want us to buy a new one. To heck with that, and the company.

Cons: Thermostat bails out, and you can't replace it. Weak coffee.

Fool me once....

This is the second unit that I bought and both have the same problem. After a year, they lose the power to perc properly and brew a Hot cup of coffee. I will not be foolish enough to try this for a third time.

Pros: Works well in the beginning. Coffee is well brewed and HOT

Cons: After a year, Coffee looks like tea

not a good product

I think it was good in the beginning, but i think was slowly making lese and less good coffee until it just quit working. I didnt like the superfast brew, i bought it because my mom has a real old one and uses it every day still and bought it many years
