I do like this product if it would just last longer than it did .I have had 2 in the last 2 years. It seems that this time it started to leek. The convenience of the coffeemaker is great and the coffee is also good.If I could get a number to call to replace a part so I don't have to buy a new maker it would be great. THANKS

Plastic reservior doesn't keep coffee hot and gives a plastic taste. The one cup at a time feature is terrific.

I LOVED THE COFFEE MAKER WHEN I RECEIVED IT I HAD TO BRING IT BACK TO THE STORE B/C
IT THE ON/OFF LIGHT WAS BLINKING.NOW THIS ONE THE SCREWS STARTED LEAKING ON AND COFFEE WENT ALL ON MY COUNTERTOP.
