I bought this coffee maker because I thought the company was so great. Well, the company is great for espresso machines but their coffee machine is a different story. We put up with a warped top, lots of escaping steam and an incredible noise level for 6 months, then finally got a replacement from Saeco. The company was super about replacement. The second one, however, completely and totally died within 3 months. There is no function at all. The carafe also leaked after about a month of use when pouring. We are sad that we pain $129.00 for this piece of garbage, which is where is landed.
