Customer Service is a "totally unaccountable, non-existant, rubber stamp joke" and sadly the game designers change the rules/guidelines without reason (or accountability to you) every tuesday??? :-(

<br> I personally had 10 totally Different Characters at once in this game; 5 on the Alliance side(Good Guys) and 5 on the Horde side(Bad Guys)... some all the way up to 45th level!
<br>All of them were months of time devoted to each one, because I played them the hardest way known in this game; totally solo!

<br>This was a passion for me that was crushed little by little with every Tuesday's updates!
<br>
<br>Sadly the game changed so much after months of small, arbitrary, haphazard, weekly updates, that some of my favorite high level characters became completely useless!
<br>
<br>Even though I had several solid solutions and fixes for the mess that Blizzard made out of this wonderful game, not one single (supposed) customer service rep even read my lengthy requests to communicate with the design teams of these updates!
<br>
<br>Why would anyone spend so much time on a game that can and does change randomly on a weekly basis, with no say in it, just shut up and pay??
<br>
<br>No matter how much I loved the endless gameplay and creativeness, I can't see paying $15.00 a month additional on-line game fees to the people who are unaccountably fighting our success and passionate efforts every step of the way!

<br>Sorry folks... we all learned as children to walk away from the kids who changed the rules in the middle of the game..... Because Arbitrary Rule Makers Just Aren't Worth Playing With:-(

This game has so many ways to comstomize your character its crazy. On top of that, the game play is awesome whether your questing or just exploring. Blizzard is constanly updating the game to add more quests and perfect the PvP aspect. This game is a must for all MMORPGers!

Like every-other serious gamer I was licking at my chops in-order to buy this game. I had mine pre-ordered and received it the 1st day it came out. The game is cool at first because it has alot of items and quests. Amazing how big the world is and different places to travel. Here comes the reality check. The game becomes monotomous after about a month. I achieved a level 45 warrior/orc in about a month and a half and cant stand to play him anymore. You pick 2 trade professions and 3 lesser professions that get really boring, this was mine->( ex blacksmith/mining- cooking/fishing/first aid). The trade skills allow you to make items for yourself(which i never did because better items can be bought)or collect gold by either making weapons/armor or potions/enchantments that can be sold at the auction house so you can buy items for your character. The whole game encompasses on mindless quests that gets very boring, after about 30 quests you really dont even want to do any-more. Blizzard has adopted a no-free speech zone also so if somone complains about your language they will suspend your account no questions asked. All in all it is an average/good game which is surprising for a company like blizzard in which the other games like diablo/warcraft 3 were excellent games and still to this day have replay value. If your a rich guy and spending 55 for the game plus 20 dollars a month for service for a few months, then this game is for you. If you want more bang for your buck with blizzard games, stick with warcraft 3.
