I've owned the Canon PC920 copier for approximately 3 years. I've done HUGE copying jobs and the copies have come out crisp clear with very minimal jams. The only "downfall" (if you'd call it that way) is that it is a Personal Copier so you cannot expect BIG jobs like printing on Card Stock (thick) paper or transparencies. Although it does NOT have a feature to make double-sided copies, you can manually turn the paper over & print on the other side with minimal jams, if any. (Might skip a page or two).

<br>For the cheap price, it is EXCELLENT and worth investing for personal use or small business!!!
QuickTake:
Pros: Gets the job done and does it good!
Cons: Does not handle cardstock (thick) paper or transparencies.
