Be careful when buying this printer. Sharp doesn't even sell this printer; it is only available from a reseller/dealer. When you run into a problem, you have to contact your reseller. We need to change the configuration of the printer to support network printing. We needed to change the IP setting and we couldn't because the default password was changed. We called the dealer and they we're not able to support us, the dealer suggested to call Sharp and when we called Sharp, we were told to go back to the dealer. You could imagine how painful that is if you have been treated like a ping pong ball.
