The reviews were favorable, the company name is Siemens, how could I go wrong? I have never been so wrong. Sound quality is poor over all; corded and cordless aspects. Speakerphone volume is limited. Speaker Phone has that, being in a box sound.

I thought I was getting a great phone. It looks sweet! What a cover up for the junk it is. Kept it for the answering machine that actually works fine, Buttons became very hard to push, within months of owning. Have to strike them 2 or 3 times to get them

The 2400 worked great, liked the feel in my hand and on my ear. The "End" button in wrong place, would always hang up on accident. 6 months owning I had to replace stock batteries. A year later, phone still working but had to replace the batteries again.
