Good phone, easy to use, decently priced

I purchased the TRU9465 last December and have been using it as my main office phone. I work in sales so I am on the phone quite a bit. I have not had any problems with this unit at all (connected to a VOIP service). Then last week I was in the market

All Uniden products suck!

All Uniden products in my experience are TERRIBLE. To make matters worse, Uniden customer service is the rudest, least helpful customer service you will ever experience. Save your self the trouble and go with any other brand.
