I had this crock pot a very short time and the crock cracked across the bottom. I have had my old crock for years so I was wondering what happened. Looking on line everyone has had the same problem. Rival offered an upgrade at a discount, but the discount was the same price I can get it at a local kmart. WHAT A CROCK!!!
