I am very disappointed in this crock pot. After only the 3rd use the handle on the lid broke off. I got some really good glue and glued the handle back on. It stayed for awhile, but now has broken in alot of small pieces, so now it doesn't have a handle at all. I think the problem is that it gets so hot that the handle can't handle the heat. No pun intended.

I have tried many recipes, many times and have had terrible results. No matter how low you set it, even on warm food just boils away and everything burns on side and bottom. I called the company and the best they will do is offer me 25% off another one. Problem is, the one they suggested my brother in law bought and he got rid of it because it burned everything! Guess I am out of luck.

Even on the lowest setting it boils food after only 2 or 3 hours. You can't trust it being on when your not home. I was very dissapointed.

I DO A LOT OF SLOW COOKER COOKING. lIKED THE SIZE AND APPEARANCE OF THIS ONE.
HOWEVER, EVERYTHING I COOK IN THIS BURNS....EVEN ON LOW SETTING...COOKS TOO FAST.
COVER "JIGGLES" NOISELY, HANDLE TOO HOT TO HANDLE WITHOUT HOT PAD, AND HAS NEVER COOKED ANY

This pot cooks things so fast that it is done in only a few hours. Emailed Rival about this defect but never got a response. I don't think this appliance is safe.

j' aime se produit depuis que je l'ai en ma possestion. Je l'ai eu en cadeau et je remerci ceux qui me l'on donner. Je le sucgerre a d'autre c'est une petite merveille de cuisiner avec ca. Merci pour ce produit et je vous encourage en en trouver d'autre encore pour nous falicitee notre temps. Un gros merci a tous.
