This is the best slow cooker I have ever owned, now the insert or liner is cracked, I can't use it because the company said the item is back ordered. I have called every day for many weeks. The company policy is no orders taken on back orders. That might be a good way to get you to buy a new one. Unemployment as high as it is, nothing should be out of stock.
