We've had the unit about 3 months . Used it 8 to 10 times. When it worked, it was great. Handles fried chicken well; fries large quantities. Very easy to clean because it completely disassembles. Drain spout is a nice feature. Seems to hold temperature well. We were very pleased until we started getting error signals on the control module. No workie! After checking with mfr., and finding that quick fixes didn't work, called a service center. More than 4 weeks to even look at the unit, plus parts order time, shipping......very frustrating that mfr. wouldn't just send me a new unit. Like I said: great when it worked, but disappointing service.
