I owned a 510 but dropped it. They told me it would cost almost the whole price of the camera to repair it. I loved the camera so much that I decided to treat myself and upgrade to the 610. I love taking pictures and I can do almost anything on this c

I have found a camera that has most everything I want in a camera. many shooting modes and allows good control over shooting preferences, IE: shutter speed, Aperature, manual control. I like the fact that the dial controls the modes, but not the on/off

The D30 operates just like the other mid-range to professional EOS bodies. Inmanual exposure mode, shutter speed is set with the finger wheel by the shutterrelease while aperture is controlled by the thumbwheel on the back of the camera.

Review Verdict: The D60 is a great addition to your existing Canon system. The resolution isapproximately the same as a 2700 dpi film scanner, with no time invested inscanning and retouching.
