If it weren't for the poor LCD, the Exilim EX-Z1050 would be a pretty good camera.

Casio Exilim EX-Z1050 series

Comments:
The EX-Z1050 is a minor upgrade to the Casio Exilim EX-Z1000. This 10-megapixel camera has the same features as its predecessor, with two exceptions. The EX-Z1050 adds a 2.6-inch LCD screen to the mix, offering a slightly larger display than the EX-Z1000.

Comments:

Review Verdict: A solid entry into the compact camera space, the Casio Exilim EX-Z1050 isn't the best camera we've reviewed, but the 10 megapixel sensor captures some great pictures, making it a good choice for those that want to make larger than regular size prints.

Casio's new ultra-compact has been at the pies.

Review Verdict: The Casio Exilim EX-Z1050 demonstrates that it is possible to make a good 10MP compact camera without suffering problems with excessive image noise or fringing. As well as that it is a well-made camera offering good handling, brisk performance, some uniqu

Casio Exilim EX-Z1050

Comments:
The Casio Exilim EX-Z1050 ($269) is a compact camera featuring a 10 Megapixel CCD, 3X optical zoom, 2.6-inch "wide and bright" LCD display, and long battery life. It's the replacement to the EX-Z1000, and the little brother to the 12 Megapixel Exilim EX-Z

Review Verdict: The EX-Z1050 easily wins the battery life competition here, and by a very large margin. I don't know how Casio does it, but some of the other manufacturers could certainly learn from them

Casio EXILIM EX-Z1050 Review

Comments:
Casio EXILIM EX-Z1050 Review - With a natty, lilac, metallic finish and an attractive 10Mp resolution, the latest compact from Casio is fluttering its eyelashes at Duncan Evans.

Review Verdict: The Z1050 is very similar in terms of systems to the 12Mp Z1200, but the slightly lower resolution does mean that it can get away with a higher, and more useful, ISO800 mode. It doesn't have the same PASM program modes, being aimed much more at the beginn

Product Rating: 4.05 star(s) Casio Exilim EX-Z1050

Comments:
The Casio Exilim EX-Z1050 is a pretty solid offering. This is a ten megapixel digital camera and will just about fit into a pocket. It scores well for ease of use and I found picture quality to be above average.

Review Verdict: I liked the Casio Exilim EX-Z1050. In many ways it is a fairly typical compact digital camera. With ten megapixels there is plenty of scope for large prints or for cropping photos. The camera is easy to use and I also found it performed well in lowlight.
