I owned this camera for over a year. I used it a few times; after a few months of using it sporadically, I stored it away safely. When I tried to use it again, the lens came out when the camera was turned on but it got stuck when I pressed the power butt

Overall this camera is a fine product,if it's working, but the big issue I had was the zoom error happening in just one month of use. I was turning the camera on and while the zoom was preparing to come out of the housing, I pushed the flash button.
