It's bigest downfall is the manual. It's writen as if you already know what all the functions are, leaving you to much experamenting. The software is not user friendly. Takes time to understand. The pictures are good quality.

QuickTake:

Pros: Good pictures, feels good in hand.
Cons: Manual is of little help or none. Software

Product Rating: 4 star(s) Nice digital compact camera

, Jan. 29, 2004
Comments:
I chosed this camera because of its manuall options. You can run it in automatic mode and take great pictures. You can experiment with it by running in manual mode. The camera also got multi-spot measuring, manual focus and a lot of other nice features.

QuickTake:

Pros: You can controll everything manually
Cons: It takes too long time to change the settings.

incredibly sharp, clear, pictures. Easy to learn and navigate. Forget it for movies. Photos taken at night with flash come out dark, but program on computer seems to fix it. The lens cap is a drag - hard to put on and falls off. No sound for movies. Happi

QuickTake:

Pros: quality of pictures/easy to use
Cons: FRAGILE! can't bump extended lens!/ not great night flash
