Comments:
We had the previous version and this was an upgrade, it's much easier to use. can take it ANYwhere - to the beach, in the ocean, messing around the pool, etc... the underwater pics are surprisingly good. we got our money's worth just on the honeymoon alone. It can have some small drawbacks, the battery drains QUICK but there is a good power saving setting (although you have to search for it). If you're going to be active and want a camera to keep up with you without having to worry if it's going to get splashed, this is the one for you. we took over 1,000 pics on our honeymoon, including in/around the pool and the ocean a lot. 95% + of them turned out from "good" to "fantastic"... and the few that didn't were mostly us getting used to the camera.

QuickTake:

Pros: Durability, underwater to 10ft, perfect for splashing around pool, ocean, etc...
Cons: Settings occasionally difficult to get used to, can get blurry pics from dried water on lens

Review Verdict: The ultra-compact 820 is a nice addition to the Stylus line. You get an attractive, handy 8-megapixel point & shoot camera that comes in a variety of cool colors. It costs $50 more than Olympus's own new FE-280 and justifies that with a larger display, a

Comments:
This camera is only water-resistant, unlike Olympus's dunkable Stylus SW models, and its buttons emphasize style over function.
