Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ10 video review

QuickTake:

Pros: Lots of manual options, even within the usually locked preset modes. Design is very functional, if not very pretty. Takes AA batteries.
Cons: Images weren't the best quality, especially not at full zoom or under dim lighting. No panorama or other fun in-camera modes.

The DMC-LZ10 could well prove to be the unsung hero of Panasonic's new range of Lumix cameras. It doesn't have the longest telephoto lens, or the widest, it isn't the slimmest or the lightest, and it isn't the cheapest. But the Panasonic DMC-LZ10 is defin

Review Verdict: The new Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ10 could easily go completely unnoticed in a sea of look-a-like compact digital cameras, but is actually one of the more interesting models currently available on the market. The rather conservative styling, fairly compact si

Comments:
The Panasonic DMC LZ10 is a 10 megapixel digital camera with a 5x optical zoom lens. Its main attractions are the features it offers for a fairly low price tag. The features include a fully manual exposure mode.

Review Verdict: I would have liked to have seen a touch more sharpness and a touch more brightness in some of the shots I took with the Panasonic DMC LZ10. It has a good set of features and is available for a reasonable price.
