I do not recommend this product due to multiple design failures. The color tends to be reddish. Flamingo's aren't rose but bright red, others colors are affected as well. Compared to true color rendering this is a disaster. Purple disortion in counterli

This is my 7th or 8th Sony digital camera, going back to 1996. This is unquestionably the best yet, though it is not the level of advance I experienced going from the CD-1000 to the DSC-F717, which was a brilliant design and gave me everything I wanted a

Despite the hysteria over purple fringing, this camera produces superb images with resolution second to none. There is some noise at high ISO settings, but at 64, 100 and 200 it can go toe-to-toe with anything in its class. The color reproduction is bette

Note: Please compare this camera with products in same prosumer class. With that being said the f828 holds excellent detail in images. Second to none with proper lighting techniques. Color reproduction is above average. Control and feel is very good.
