Pros: nice design, layout and button positioning, easier to transport than other digital SLRs, user friendly, easy handling, extensive processing parameter options
Cons: feels too flimsy with plastic body, can't choose between metering modes, only one self-timer option, slow start-up time
Excellent first digital camera. The fact that you can use any Canon lens, or lens made for Canon makes it extremely versatile. It's exactly like using a film SLR except it's digital. What more can I say, but get a huge memory card because once you start clicking away you won't want to stop.
