Comments:
I had a sony before (DSC W1).This is a great step up. The zoom is excellent, the controls are easy to use. Taking quick off the cuff photos is easy as there is no lag time dscernible. Indoor shots without flash are clear, the image stabiliser helps. The battery really does seem to last ages.Another thing -its incredibly light it feels like a toy.So far cant find fault!

QuickTake:

Pros: light, easy to understand manual, great pics, loads of pre set
Cons: none

Comments:
I purchased this camera on the 20th of April 07. By the 20th of May there were periodic instances where no image would appear while attempting to take photos. By the 3rd of June, the camera ceased to work. I shipped the camera to the Panasonic repair facility who received it on the 8th of June. As of today (July 13), the camera is still there although I'm advised that repairs may be completed today. The problem, according to the repair facility, was a PC board. Panasonic customer service personnel will only state contact the repair facility. They will not discuss or even address if this might a potential problem for other users of this camera. Based upon my problems with this camera, I would not recommend that anyone purchase it.
