Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy a BOSCH! The customer service is a awful. My dishwasher has been serviced at least 6 times, the motor replaced twice, and it still doesn't work right. The motor gets stuck and runs until your home smells like burnt metal. It is no longer quiet after about a year and if you get Gabby on the phone, hang up and try to reach someone else. Oh, and never expect a supervisor to return your calls....ever! I told them that this was rediculous and I would seek legal assistance- then Gabby told me that it was company policy that once you mention "lawyer" they did not have to help you anymore!And she hung up! I would NEVER buy another Bosch appliance as long as I live!

<br>By the way, did you know that BOSCH is made my Kenmore!!! They don't even make their own products!
