Jenn-air JDB1100A Built-In Dishwasher

Purchased this due to appearance and because there was no steam vent on the top of the door. It was missing a piece when shipped from the manufacturer and a service call was placed to correct that and a problem with the installation. After the service call the machine still does not get dishes clean even on the heavy/superscrub cycle with an extra rinse. This machine while nice looking is a waste of space in the kitchen and Jenn-Air has nothing to say in support of the product. I often find myself washing dishes by hand rather than use this poor performing machine. I wish that I had overlooked appearances and gone with the KitchenAid dishwasher that would have mathed all of the other appliances in my kitchen. The steam vent and hidden controls were the only reasons I made this bad purchase and I regret it every time dishes need to be washed. This machine is awful, awful, awful.
