This unit is worth it's weight in gold!...When matched to a 1080i native scan rate monitor it delivers a truly stunning HD like picture!...Cinematic is the word I would use. From a video standpoint it enables you to dial-in settings on three memory pre-sets...you can have it hooked up with hdmi 1080i for superbit and newer releases and also leave your component cables hooked up for older movies... which, (unless they are superbit quality) will look better through progressive scan component cables. The audio features are mind boggling when mated to a 7.1 Pioneer Elite AV receiver or equivelent...i-link is the way to go!...I love this unit!!!
