This machine is pretty bad. It leaks and when you try to froth the wand does not move it is really inconvenient. They are in Australia but have a toll free # in U.S. but all you get is a recording. No help at all. This was not a cheap maker either.

If you push this machine too hard, it fails dismally, leaking in numerous places. I had to replace the machine 3 times in 18 months. Breville customer service is poor to non-existent. If you are content with second best, this machine is for you. Also

I do love this espresso maker. The water is very hot, but takes a bit to heat up. The important note is to keep the cup under the espresso outlet while frothing the milk. It drips. There is a drip tray but it will fill quickly. The quality of the maker is very good and the coffee is great! The messy part is what I don't like.
