We bought a Talea Giro from Kitchen Universe about a month ago. The machine arrived with a broken tray. Approximately 1 month later the sensors on the machine failed and the machine no longer brewed coffee. Kitchen Universe said it's not their problem as the machine left the US and entered Canada (be advised of obscure shipping policies). Saeco refuses to honour warranties also because the machine left the country. Bottom line is faulty machinery and companies that won't stand by their work. I personally will not deal with Kitchen Universe or Saeco again.
