I Had This Black Fan, Then, I Lost It. Sure, It Gets Dirty Alot. I Can Tilt It Up Any Way I Like. If I Want A Blustery Breeze, I Set It To High. If I Want A Kind Of Blustery Breeze, But, Not A Very Blustery Breeze, I Set It To Medium. If I Want A Slight Breeze, I Set It To Low. If I Want No Breeze At All, I Turn It Off. It Is A Cool Fan! I've Had It For 1 Year Now.:
