The product is adequate. The sales practices of Panasonic are missleading? If you purchase this fax because of the rebate offer, you are in for a long wait!!!!!

Do not buy unless you need a home fax for very infrequent use and expect no frills. It is cheap in every sense and not worth its price.

What a nightmare Panasonic is. The item is defective. One of the paper feeding gears is missing causing this brand new machine not to feed paper. Rather than burden the store I decided it would be simple enough just to have it repaired under warranty. I c

the only problem with it is when you have voice mail through phone company it will not recive automatically. if you get distintive ring problem is fixed. my price was $4.50 a month with is around avarage. pros are never breaks, keeps faxes in mem if out
