We purchased this product and it began malfunctioning within 2 months. Nothing was resolved after weeks with the on-line technical support staff advising me to check all the things I'd checked before I contacted Logitec in the first place. I was finally advised to place a toll-call to their phone service technitians. When I requested an exchange, I was again directed to the long distance number. Only purchase this product if you are assured that you can easily return it to the store of origin if it malfunctions.
