Easy to use right out of the box, very accurate directions even on remote National Forest roads, flawless performance so far. A very useful tool. <br><br>

On a 5,000 mile trip through the Canadian and US West the only mistakes made were by the human navigator looking at maps and not believing the Nuvi. Believing in the Nuvi saved hours from routes complied our AAA office. Fun to use.

I will rate their customer service the worst in teh world, even a mom and pop store answers a call within one hour ... and to top that you call 2 times and yet no resolution, the customer service pulls solutions out of an 8 ball I think!!! <br>waiting o

Just finished a month long trip using my new Nuvi 350. Did not even take a road map when we left home. Great directions around 6 lane beltways and was never in the wrong lane thanks to the specific directions. Was dissapointed when it would not locate so

I have had this since Jan. 07. It works most of the time finding new streets. The suction cup attachement has fallen off 5 times since we've had it, whether the windows were clean or if it was in a different car. Now the adqapter for the car has stopped
