I haven't had the product for too long but it is easy to use, it only took 5 min. to get it up and running. No problem understanding the voice commands, the unit stays secure on the windshield/dash. Takes about 1-2 minutes to find a satellite, at start

I have the 340 barely a week and will be sending it back due to constant lock-ups and unable to get any satellites after it sits overnight. This happens every day. When it finally works it is pretty accurate though it's hard to understand the voice
