I bought this gps originally for my boating needs. The nautical package is reall usefull. With depths, tides and even wrecks it is awesome to have on the boat. Especially when in unfamiliar waters.

If you are looking for a good but cheap gps system this is it. It gets you to your points you are going and gets you back. If you are looking for a gps and dont want to pay a lot for it this is it. But, you get what you pay for.

I just bought the unit yesterday but that doesn't mean it is my first GPS unit. I've had a hand held one for about 7 years for hiking, biking, camping, etc. My 2005 sedan came with an OEM navigation unit and my wife has had her Garmin Street Pilot c320 f
