I had only 10 days when it started to freeze up in the screen it was in. customer service was no help"just send back for repairs" i returned for refund. junk.

Had unit 10 days when it started to freeze in the screen it was in. customer service was no help. they want me to ship to them and repair. i returned to retailer for a refund, buy a better unit

I use the Roadmate 360 in the Los Angeles area and it works really well. It doesn't have the number of points of interest I would prefer, and it occasionally is unable to find a street, but it works really well overall. I know there are better units ou
