It is very accurate at finding directions. Have used it in multiple states and was able to find where I needed to go. I bought refurbished because there is a savings and it comes with the same warranty as a new one. I would recomend this to my friends....

I like the fact that you can program in destinations you go to frequently. Most importantly, it seems to have up to date knowledge of my area, which some other GPS's do not have.

Garmin repair incompitent

New streets at least a year old are not in the data base. Unit stopped working after six months of ownership and had to be sent back to the factory. They did not ship it to my new adddress but my old address where it was just left on the steps for anyone

If you want easy then this is the gps to get takes about five mins to hook up once hooked up easy to use also. However, only downfall is the maps in the area where i live. The county has recently changed their addresses and the maps are not up to date. A

Good Little Unit for the Price

I transitioned to this unit from a Magellen high end instrument. This unit seems to be more feature rich and easier to use. I would like to see a latitude/longitude screen and can't use it for geocaching.
