Comments:
In attempting to download the latest firmware (1.34) for my system, I encountered “dead” web links; I emailed Customer Support only to be told the site may have been down for maintenance and to try again later. A few days passed and I tied again, the site links were working and I downloaded the file as per the instructions. I went to unzip the file and was warned the file was corrupted. I repeated the down load process a couple of times on 2 separate computes to make sure I was doing nothing wrong, all down loads failed.
I called the 800 number, and after 22 min of “your call is very important to us”, my call was answered. I stated the problem and was told, “Oh, that’s a bad file”. I asked the rep, if Magellan knows file is bad, why is it still available for download. That question was not in an area he could address.

Bottom line, I’ll do a better job checking out the manufactures telephone and on line support next time.
