QuickTake:
Pros: The Magellan RoadMate 2200T features a new, compact design and includes two handy tools, called SmartDetour and QuickSpell, for easier navigation. It also has an accurate receiver, text-to-speech functionality, music playback, and an image viewer.
Cons: The Magellan RoadMate 2200T was a little sluggish when switching between application screens.
In my job, I drive all over California, many times to little towns I've never even heard of. My Magellan 2200T has guided me perfectly to every destination. I loved the fact that when looking for a particular type of restaurant in unfamiliar territory, I was able to find what I was looking for in the points of interest, and was given easy-to-follow directions there. What I really like about the Magellan 2200T is that it is so easy to use. I have been known to be electronically deficient, but I was able to use my GPS with very little written instructions. I highly recommend this product.
