I am really enjoying the performance of the 3 2 1. It was easy to set up and sounds great. My 7 year old can use it without any hlep. Great system and it was on sale for $899 when I bought it.

Don't believe the people who complain about the volume and quality of sound. They have set up their systems wrong. Done right, this thing sounds nothing short of incredible, rich and satisfying. But buy it for a small room. Mine is for the bedroom. W

I have only watched 1 DVD with the system....intermittent subtitles showed up and I'm not sure if it will do the same with the next movie I watch (I hope not because I will be forced to return it). Great design/idea; hopefully Bose has the quirks ironed

DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT buy this unit. It frequently locks up requiring that the unit be unplugged to recycle the software. I did receive a software patch from BOSE that is suppose to help. After about 20 hrs of use the remote stopped working completely
