The ink cartridges are dependable and give photos true color. I was never tempted to buy or try the refill type.

I bought Hp recommended ink cartridges for my HP Business Inkjet 2300. The original cartridges lasted for almost two years in my setting and I'm hoping for a similar lifetime from these.

QuickTake:

Pros: These cartridges last a long, long time. Colors are bright and clear.

Cons: A little pricey, but worth the value in terms of length of use.
