Pros: Lets you run many different operating systems in virtual machines, save and restore multiple snapshots, and clone virtual or physical machines. Offers many new and enhanced features. Fully compatible with Vista, including 64-bit versions.

Cons: Virtual machines don't support the 3D graphics needed for Vista's Aero Glass. Some experimental features didn't work in testing.
